Question Ethernet Not working

My pc does not have a WiFi card so I use Ethernet from the pc to a WiFi range extender with a Ethernet port which has worked in the past perfectly. I have just installed windows 10 on my new pc and when I plug in the Ethernet cable the pc does not show any option to use Ethernet. Can anyone help with this ?

No I haven’t installed any, which drivers do I need to install and how would I install these without a WiFi connection.

download the driver on another machine and store on a Thumbdrive. You first need to identify the Ethernet adapter. Use the Device Manager to get that information.

All of them. However, that list only refers to the computer's wireless adapter.

WAN refers to wireless. However, under "Other devices" is listed a ton of devices without drivers. You will have to go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download then install the chipset drivers for your board. Can't help you with that.
