ethernet or wifi?

hey guys ethernet or wifi is the best for a tower pc? i want a high speed internet conn. if you know any good wi-fi card for pc tell me thanks in advance

By far, ethernet is always the best, lowest ping, most stable. I'm still not impressed with WIFI for a replacement to ethernet.

Ethernet, hands down. WiFi comes in at a distant 4th, and only if there is absolutely no other choice.

I'd agree. It's not always the most convenient using ethernet if you have longer runs to make but far more stable. I prefer ethernet every time. Wireless just isn't as reliable, susceptible to lag, data loss/resends, out of range or dropped connection issues. It's without wires, about the best I can say for it. Convenient for a laptop or other portable device.
