Ethernet Port Doesn’t Work

Hello. I have a big issue. So throughout my basement, I have cat5e and coax cables. One of them is right next to my ps4, and my television. I’ll get to that later. In my basement, I also have an ONT, which only has coax cables, and has a splitter which connects all of the ports around the house with cat 5e and coax to a this thing called a “PDI MoCA bypasser” which is hooked up to that and my feed. My router is upstairs. My TV downstairs is connected through coax, but I can’t use the Ethernet port for my ps4. I was wondering how I can enable that Ethernet Port to be used. Will buying a MoCA adapter and connecting that to the splitter and the feed work? Will I need to move my router next to the ONT? If not, then what should I do?
