I've just moved into a new house and we've got a few ethernet ports hanging around that I've been unable to find a hub for, or any sign of where they terminate.
There are one set of two in a study at the front of the house (they look to be on the opposite side of the wall to where the DSL line comes in), and another pair in a room upstairs towards the back of the house.
We've got two DSL lines, one downstairs in the kitchen (which is just a conventional socket) and another in the main bedroom where it needs a three pronged adaptor to connect.
How could I go about finding where these ethernet ports terminate? Is there any way to get them online?
