Hello,

I just got a new SSD so i installed Windows 10 on it and I cannot connect to the internet because Ethernet tells me "Unidentified network" and "No internet access". I cant connect with the wifi either because it tells me "Wrong password" although i am 110% sure i entered the password correctly and no caps lock was on. Could anyone help me with this problem?

Edit: I configured the ipv4 thing and now it just says "Network, Unidentified network"

Can you put the old hard drive in, then go into the network connection settings and copy them?
Or do you have another device connected that you can run ipconfig on that tells you what the IP address, Subnet Mask, Gateway and DNS IP addresses are? If you can do that then manually set the network connection to use a similar but different IP, so for example if your other device has IP 192.168.1.14 try 192.168.1.52 and then set the Subnet Mask, Gateway and DNS servers the same.

If it connects then you have a DHCP issue as your PC is not automatically getting assigned these. You can stop here if you don't have access to the router since that will be necessary to troubleshoot the problem.
