Ethernet works but no internet

I just built my second pc, installed windows via USB, plugged in Ethernet (both ends have leds lit up), and still no internet.

I tried using different ports and restarting the computer. The pc I used to download the windows iso connected to the internet fine with the same Ethernet.

Any help is appreciated. I had a rough time even getting to this point

My first thought is, did you install the drivers for your network adapter?

I thought of doing that, but how would I go about doing that? mobo disk on another computer --> flash drive?

Yeah, that's normally what I do, or I download the driver installers from the vendor's website using a different computer.
