Question Ethernet works on ubuntu, doesn't work on windows

All of a sudden my ethernet connection stopped working on Windows 10. The cable is detected, but stays at "Unidentified network, no internet". I tried configuring ipv4 manually, but realized it doesn't even matter as I can't even connect to the router. Seems like the connection is blocked. Works perfectly fine on another OS.

Rolled the system few days back and it's alright (for now). I'm afraid the problem will come back again after another update/restart.
