ETS 2 on Intel HD Graphics 4000

I am wishing to but a PC that has an Intel HD Graphics 4000 card and I am wondering if I could be able to run/play Euro Truck Simulator 2 on it?

You are in between the minimum and recommended requirements, so yes it will run fine you just won't get high frame rates.

Yes
