Such a dumb accusation. China says Qualcomm charges too much and must pay $1 Billion in fines. EU accuses Qualcomm for charging too little after dropping a case where they were investigating if they charged too much. I think EU just wants money from rich US companies.

yeah i think you need to read the article again, the previous investigation and the fine in China was about the cost of their patents whereas this EU accusation is over the price of their actual chips. We have plenty of our own rich EU companies to rinse, we don't need yours

Oh wow, Qualcomm pulls an Intel one in 2015. Paying people to use their chips instead of the competition's. Niiiiiice (that they wil pay for it, as dearly as possible).
