No idea. This depends a LOT on speaker volume.
Test it and see what happens.

in theory, 5000mA times 5V (usb normal voltage) equals 25W so.. 2.5 hours at max load.

Longer if volume is not maxed out and so on.

I may be reading this wrong but it appears that your speakers plug into a mains wall outlet probably of 240V if Europe.
If that is the case then you cannot use your powerbank to run them unless you use a 5V to 240V invertor.
