EU prices? Is it fair?

I was looking and comparing prices from different parts of the planet and... can anyone explain me why the pc that Im thinking to buy is 120$ cheaper in EEUU than in EU. I dont know how it goes and it's a very high percentage of the budget.

This concept extends to FAR more than just PC parts prices.
Import taxes, customs, etc.

Is it fair that the price of a liter of gas is $0.24 in Saudi Arabia, as opposed to $1.64 in Italy?

Different markets, different prices.
