Euro Truck Simulator 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi
I've installed the game and it is run fine with 60 fps
after I restarted my PC and run the game it is given me 60 fps but with stutter every 2 or 3 minutes for 2 seconds
After many researches I figured that I have to re-install the game every time I restart my PC till the game work fine.
There is no issue with the other games.
My PC :
i7 3770
Z77-D3H
GA-670-OC
8GB 1600
WD 1TB
850W
Samsung 24 full hd
