Hi Jason,
If the PDC FSMO was not available or the DNS service was not initialize at
that time, this would be an expected failure and can safely be ignored.
If you would like further assistance, please post the entire event
including the description. Also, please check if there is any event logged
on the other DC.
I would also like to check if this issue is impacting you in any way. If
you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.
