As far as I know, the Intel brand coolers supplied with other Intel CPUs are not the high performance type that you'd likely want on that high performance CPU.
I'd guess you could locate one of those coolers and put it on the Core Ultra 9 285K if you insist, but you'd likely be disappointed.
But you can easily find a non-Intel brand cooler that should work, some of them using air and some using liquid. I'd guess most would tell you to use liquid if you are anxious about temperatures.
