Question How to i update my cpu drivers ? And how do i enable the Amd Relive video capture since its not showing up ?

So I just built a new pc with the specs here https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rf8LDj
I can't seem to update my cpu whatsoever. I tried going to the amd website and installing the drivers (version 24.12.1) but when I launch the application, it only updates my gpu.
Second issue, and im not sure if it's tied with the cpu not being updated, but I can't seem to find or enable the Amd Relive video capture feature

Amd Relive video capture isn't supported on igpu, your CPU's graphics. Make sure the monitor video cable is connected to the graphics card. If ARVC is still not working, you may need to disable igpu in bios.

As far as drivers, it's just chipset drivers, nothing concerning cpu. Windows takes care of that itself and well chipset can install those anytime from Amd searching your motherboard model.

I feel so dumb, I had the video cable connected to the motherboard and not the gpu. Thank you for the help
