Ever changing formats

Why does this forum change so quickly? I like the forum the way it was? Is there any way you developers can let us run older versions of the forum? I don't like trying very hard to find a simple forum feature.

It doesn't change dramatically that much. They usually just change the shape of the buttons or add some button etc.
