Question Every game crash on destkop after some time

Hi i have problem that every game after some time just crash on destkop. Pc dont froze or anything its just crash game. I installed new OS, uptated all drivers but its same. I tryed another psu and ram and didnt fix it. Im monitoring temp with msi after burner and id dont go above 65-6. Some games crash after few mins some after 15,20 mins. Please do you have any solution i would be very gratefull.

My specs:
GPU: asus rog strix 1080ti
PSU: Be quiet 850w gold
MB: Mag Tomahawk b550
CPU: Ryzen 3600
Ram: Gskill 2x8 gb 3600.

How can i check event log, after some game dont have crash message and this is after witcher crash
