Every game crashes after 2-3 minutes.

Like the title says, I just bought this half-used and it worked perfectly fine for previous owner, I installed windows 7 and GPU drivers(didn't need anything else as far as i know) and everything worked out good, downloaded skyrim and dota2, tried playing both and i get the same problem, after 2-3 mins of playing black screen appears(only the game starts not responding, for example chrome works fine if its open at that time), I've seen that other people had this simular problem and that its due overheating, I've downloaded OHM and it doesn't show any heat problems.
Note: Pc doesn't crash if i just browse youtube or skype, and it doesn't shut down for no reason at all.

All drivers seem to be up-to-date , i mean the ones that matter

Did you update your chipset drivers to the latest ones? You can find them on the site of your motherboard manufacture.

Aswell how old is your hard disk? Did you ever defragged it? Most of the times a pc will do it himself, but maybe it's turned off.

Like i said i just bought this pc, so i have no idea, hdd is active for 330ish days and HDDS says that it's health and performance are 100%.
And im gonna try to install the leatest chipset drivers now.
Updated it still doesn't work, tho i've realized something weird sometimes when it crashes in bot right corner i get some kind of GPU error, not sure what it says tho it doesnt happend always.
Edit: Skype goes on Not-responding aswell as skyrim and or dota2 when the crash happends, if that helps.

I've tried everything and it didn't work, but i just realized that the game doesn't crash, it simply goes black, i can still move but i don't see anything, could that maybe be the problem of dvi adapter? Because i gave the same adapter to my friend and he says that he has constant black screen now.
