[SOLVED] Every game crashes

So I've had this issue for a while now. I would play games for roughly 2 mins until they froze and black screened. ALL OF THEM (sometimes even the browser froze). Until Saturday, I had 8GB of ram, when someone came over and added another 4 gigs ram. I played games for 12 hours straight that day, with only 2 freezes after long sessions of gaming (5-6h), but I didn't really mind. Sunday everything worked fine, until when all of a sudden the freezing problem started to happen like it used to (after 1-2 mins of playing), and here I am. I tried running default BIOS settings, installing newest AMD driver, reinstalling games, but nothing worked.
Side note: Whenever I run a Furmark 3D test in the background and play a game, the game sessions get longer for some reason.

SPECS:

CPU - AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor - 4 Cores
RAM - 12 GB
GPU-Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

I suggest buying a kit of two 1866MHz or 1600MHz memory.
