Question Every game I play stutters every few seconds

I have an ASUS TUF GAMING FX 505DT laptop and I've had it for about 3 years now and I've had no problems so far. But recently, I've been experiencing stutters every few seconds while playing games. And I don't really know what causes this or what's happening. I recorded a video of what my problem is here. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3550H and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age (3 years ?), Condition: original to build, new, refurbished, used?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Try using Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe system performance. Use both tools but only one tool at a time.

Open the tool window just after the system boots and becomes stable. Watch for a while.

Drag the the window to one side or the other and then game as usual. Watch for what changes when the stutters occur.
