Every HDD I install windows 10 on get "Preparing Automatic Repair" PLEASE HELP!!

I posted yesterday asking for help on the Preparing auto repair crap but decided to just re install windows on another HDD as I had no luck using a CD or USB boot well I installed it and everything was fine was using my pc like usual again. Then today I turn on my computer and it happened again on my new HDD what could be causing this? also USB or CD booting not working just doesn't load up and stays on black screen. Please help I am so lost on what to do.

I was wondering if you already tried updating the BIOS? If not yet, I would recommend you to first try Installing Windows 10 from a Different Installation Media. If the issue persists, you can then back up the BIOS, update it, and see if the issue is resolved.

check ur bios settings check ur boot sequence & make sure ur hard drive is is registering as raid or achi

what are specs of the machine in case neither of those work?

Some motherboards have settings that stop you booting from USB (Asus especially) but most let you boot from dvd

asus are a pig to boot from usb unless u go into ur bios first asus disable it to save tampering i got a couple asus k series laptops i go into my bios settings & tweak from there i make sure ur booting from a 16gig stick with both 32 & 64 bit versions loaded or boot windows 8.1 pro & upgrade from that path as what i do when i get in trouble trust 8.1 pro saves me everytime lol
