I've had this office computer for 2 or 3 years now.
The problem started one night, with my screen freezing for around 5 minute and then I restarted my pc. When trying to login, my keyboard was not working, it wasnt my keyboards fault though. Somehow, it started working again and I tried to type in my password, but it kept denying it, saying it was the wrong one, which it wasn't. I tried to reset it but it said something a long the lines of "Windows couldn't connect to the ProfSvc service."
I googled around for a fix, but I didn't really find anything that worked. I just tried to factory reset my pc because I didn't have any important files on there and it would've been nice to start with a fresh desktop lol.
So, when the factory reset finished, I tried to make a new account but it kept freezing at different points of the process, with only the cursor moving.
I got my account made but I can't open Google because everything becomes unclickable and the screen pretty much freezes but the cursor moves.
Any fix here guys? I'm ready to give up on it though, and buy an actual gaming computer but I would like for it to have some resell value or maybe give it to my parents.
