Question Everything stopped working all the sudden

CPU : Ryzen 5 3600
MOBO: ASROCK phantom x570
GPU: Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 590
SSD: Samsung 970 evo nvme m.2
RAM: Ballistix 16 (2x8gb) DDR4
PSU: Powerspec 650 watt 80 plus gold


I built my gaming pc in mid July and it has been working like a charm until I updated my amd drivers and it stopped working. When turned on nothing posts on display, CPU fan not spinning, GPU not spinning , cpu and ram light solid red color on motherboard , peripherals not working, the power button stopped working I have to manually unplug the computer however the only thing that works is my case fans and graphics card rgb. My mother board is ASRock x570 phantom. Please help

I removed one stick of ram and it started working what does this mean
