EVGA 1050TI SC 4GB Fps Problems!

Hello, I bought a 1050ti 6 days ago from the day this post has been created. Im getting performance issues in all games. GTA V Averages on optimal settings 40fps. H1Z1 KoTK averages 55 - 60 on lowest settings, launch options and changed options in the config for more fps.

GTA V is a pretty harsh game to run. what resolution are you running at? if its 1080 that's about right in line with the FPS you should be seeing depending on the settings. H1 I am not too sure about. try messing with the settings to see what beats up on the GPU more.

my old 750ti used to run at these settings on gta with the same fps. Gta can be harsh to run but i should be getting 60+ fps at all times. Considering my specs and benchmarks Ive seen of similar rigs. Also im playing on 1680 x 1080.

Those AMD APUs are not meant for gaming. It's likely that's the issue, especially since GTA V leverages the CPU a lot, and H1Z1 isn't well optimized. Test this by monitoring CPU and GPU usage while gaming with something like MSI Afterburner. If you see the CPU pegged up near 100% all the time then you know.

heaven benchmarks 23 fps min 140 fps max gpu temp by the end was 58. Quality on high. If that helps.

Throw that APU away, it bottlenecks your 1050 TI. I got an A8-6600K, replaced with a G4600, boom, problem solved

Thanks dude, I already know now Lol. Really uneducated when I made this but trying to get more knowledge in my brain. Making a new rig, with a cpu that can last me a while even if i upgrade GpU to 1060.

We are very similar: Thought it was a great quad core CPU with 3.9GHz. I even wondered why Intel ripped people off with their i7, lol. And I used Unigine Heaven to benchmark too
Then my fps for CSGO can't reach 60 and unplayable, that was when I realized how screwed up I was with my first build choice. Before Ryzen, every AMD CPUs are trashy.
