[SOLVED] EVGA 3080 FTW overclocking itself?

I've been having crashes recently due to power issues (as far as I can tell) and it's been very random but a little bit ago I noticed while using EVGA's precision tool to monitor my temps fan speeds ect. The card's clock speed was hitting over 1900mhz whic the factory boost clocki says its only 1755, I know it can hit higher clocks and all but the only thing I've done is mess with my fans to keep it cool under load, even when I use the default settings it hits these numbers, I'm running an 850 watt PSU but the card itself does draw around 350 alone if not more under heavy loads. Any idea what's going on here?

The factory boost clock on my 2070 is 1620 yet it boosts to over 1870. That's just NVIDIA GPU Boost in action.

That’s normal 3080 boosting. What exact make and model psu do you have? PSU quality is very important, 850w is fairly meaningless on its own.
