Will an EVGA 400W psu be enough to power an asus rog strix rx 570 4gb?

Current build
Dell Optiplex 990
i5 2400 Only uses around 40-50w while gaming with msi afterburner opened
Evga 750 ti sc
16gb ram
1x ssd
1x hdd

In theory, yes.

The EVGA 400W unit isn't great quality though, but should be capable enough.

If you don't already own the EVGA 400W however, there's likely better options for the money.
