EVGA 430w 80Plus System wont boot

I've been using this power supply in my current build:
AMD FX8350
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
PNY GTX650
One day the computer did not want to power on. I checked the motherboard, good condition, checked the EVGA 430w works in other computers so I thought it was my FX8350 I sent it out to AMD they sent me a new one. Today I put the new 8350 in and nothing. I'm thinking its something with the power supply because everything else works but that in the system. I dont know what to do so im asking for help lol

It's not enough power for a system running a 125w CPU.

Its a marginal wattage for your system , but that is probably not what is causing your problems

How do you know everything else in the system works?

I actually suspect your mb which has very weak power circuitry and is expected to handle a heavy load with the FX 8350

So why was it running, and why has it stopped despite the psu powering on other computers successfully?

Inferior board with poor power , doesn't equal success very often.​

Both actually should be changed as the board barely supports the 8350.​

seems everything works and the psu works in another build fine you got another new cpu to try could be the board failed at the cpu socket or something [bad luck ]

only thing you did not change out was the board your using so if it all works else ware must be the motherboard

it was all working fine now it don't out of the blue you tested all but your board so how did you check your board if its not powering up ?? ''because everything else works but that in the system''

now just for fun try to pop start the mother board on the pins with a small screwdriver could be a bad case switch if your trying to start it up off it

it may start up on that and then you got a bad case power on switch

[to turn off just reshort the pins used to start it ]
