EVGA 650 G1+ PSU " Bad transient response "

Hello. I just read the review and would like to ask, is the Bad transient response something to be concerned about for a sub 400 watts power draw high end PC build ?

EVGA is bundling this unit with selected rtx 2080 cards for just 30$ !!!! and 650 watts is more than good enough for a single GPU build .

G1 series should be avoided , poor quality and not stable , stick to G2 and G3.
