Will this psu be able to fit into my Tecware Nexus M?

Yes it will fit. Your case supports out to 200mm in length for the PSU and the 650 GQ is 165.1mm. And your case follows the standards of ATX/mATX form factors and those cases usually support the standard PSU sizes.
When you tread in the ITX cases you’ll need to look for smaller PSU in the SFX form factor.
