yes it will work with your motherboard, however you may need to upgrade the power supply. the stock one you have may not have the correct wattage or power connections depending on the card you get.

graphics card chips are designed produced by nvidia. nvidia supplies the chips to manufacturers like zotac, evga, msi... they each make it with their style and options. that one is fine.
