Question System crash may be the cause of VRAM overheating ?

Mobo: Gigabyte Z790 Gaming X AX DDR5
CPU: i9-14900k
GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX Magnetic Air
RAM: Corsair (16GB × 2) 6000Mhz
PSU: Montech Century G5 850w 80+gold
Cooler : Deepcool LE720 360mm Liquid

The suspicious thing In gaming is the memory temperature is 94 degree during CS2 at 1440p monitor and I don't know what suddenly causes it to crash, is it the BIOS or memory temp or what else ?

Help.

If its 94 its near 100 degree and it can boil water.if it is ok below 100 what cause the crash?after crashing sometimes the pc restart sometimes show amd bug report tool

Check the logs to see what caused the crash. It could be literally anything.

Another weird thing is the fan rises to 100% during gaming after installing Asus GPU Tweak, but in Asus everything is default. I delete Asus and everything runs normal again.
