Was looking on newegg and saw the 660 ti for $10 less than the 660 ti superclocked. Should I spend the extra $10. Any concerns about it over heating? First pc build

That's why I mentioned those grab 4 of those for the case. And 2 of the other ones for the CPU cooler. I appreciate all the help. I should have plenty of airflow with this. I like the noctua, but the price seems pointless to throw in my mid size rig. Seems like I'd be wasting money. I was looking at the cougars online, on a few sites, and they were recommended.

They make decent cards not my first choice though. There are a few things said with toms about the zotac fan with the 670 series of cards I would think the coolers would sound alike

Zotac GTX 670 Amp!

Zotac's card is the gaming Ferrari. It's up there as the most expensive GeForce GTX 670 in our round-up. It's also quite fast. Whereas you want your super-car to let out a throaty bellow, though, that's not an attractive quality in a graphics card, and this one is fairly loud. In our opinion, we would have liked to see Zotac trade some of its cooler's excellent heat dissipation for a lower fan speed (and less noise). With that said, the AMP! Edition board isn't so loud that it's unusable. We'd still probably throttle the fan using a software utility, though. We also noticed some resonance between the fans, which can result in an annoying low-frequency wail at certain RPM levels.

I won't be overclocking. The stability and reliability factor are bigger than cooling since I'm adding more fans. MSI has 2 fans. The Evga 650ti has the wind tunnel design and the ti FTW has dual fans much like the MSI.

Well there are dramatic performance implications with a 650Ti versus a 660Ti. Also, typically there is more at play then you think heatpipes are something you normally see more of on a aftermarket cooler I wouldn't be surprised if there was a degree of it on the signature 2 card but my point is that the fans aren't the difference cooling wise. If you aren't into overclocking wise as well stick to the signature 2 card best cooling situation you will get with a EVGA card :)
