EVGA GeForce GTX 680 FTW+ 4GB stuck at "starting windows" after installing drivers.

I have recently bought a EVGA GeForce GTX 680 FTW+ 4GB I inserted it and launched it, works fine but when I went to install the latest drivers, I just got a black screen, after re-launching, I get stuck at "starting windows". If I enter safe mode, I get booted up just fine or use DDU aswell. Tried all versions of all drivers possible, none of them work. I put the card into my two another rigs, excatly same issue.

Three rigs, same outcome. What don't you understand? Card is the only thing that change, so it's dead. Time for a new card.

But it boots up fine in safe mode or without drivers, there has to be something more to it than it being dead.
