EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SC - Came with scratches on the shroud..

Has anyone ever gotten a brand new GPU in and it had scratches and blemished on the shroud? I've always bought from Newegg and never had this problem. This time Newegg was out of stock, so I bought from B&H Photo and noticed my card looks like this. It was packaged just like my other EVGA GTX cards, but none of the others had this issue. I still have the EVGA GTX 950 SC and it looks much better than the brand new GTX 1060 6GB SC. Is this worth returning? I mean I believe it devalues the card if I decided to resale it.

The EVGA GTX 950 SC even looks better all around. I think EVGA cheaped out on the 1060 to sell it at the low MSRP. Also, fan center piece is way cheap looking compared to the 950's. The performance is there, but the aesthetics are lacking in quality. Maybe it's the different material that shows the blemishes more so.

Solution
AFAIK EVGA B-stock is not strictly refurbished unit. some of them were brand new. but due to some reason like physical damage to the shroud (like scratch) make the unit not qualified to be sold on retail. so EVGA move them to their "B-stock". as for RMA replacement i think it depends on company? some did use refurbished unit as replacement.

I gave $277 because it was the only one around in stock. No, haven't heard of EVGA B-stock, but after looking it up I see they are refurbished units. This one was new, or supposed to be. It had the same plastic wrappings as my other new EVGA cards.

*Wouldn't an RMA be replaced with a refurbished? Which, it might not be being so soon after release.
