I am debating which graphics card I should get. The EVGA GTX 1080 8GB FTW ACX 3.0 or the ASUS GTX 1080 8GB ROG STRIX? I want to know which one has better performance. I checked the specs and I'm pretty sure EVGA has better performance, but I just want to make sure. Please list the source you got the information from. Thank you!
Update: Because of the quote below from another article for a question I asked, I have chosen EVGA.
With EVGA you pay for the customer service and the ability to overclock or water cool, if you want to, and the GPU will still be under warranty. The difference between the FTW and Classified editions is not much, but there is the slight factory OC difference. Other than that, they are the same GPU. My advice is that you go with the best customer service and warranty combo. Asus has had really bad Customer service for me and many others as you eluded to. So being that I have EVGA products, I completely stand behind paying a bit more for the service and warranty quality they offer.
Don't listen to the post that mentioned the flawed cooler design. There was an initial oversight to the number of thermal pads on the cooler, but this was remedied by EVGA very quickly and if you buy a new GPU you will never have a chance at running into this issue. Even if you did happen to get a GPU that was flawed in this manner, it was a very simple and easy fix that you could do yourself. There are vids on Youtube that you could watch to help out with this as well. Jayztwocents made video specifically for this.
UPDATE: Nevermind, I am still deciding

I'm getting a new computer soon and I need help figuring out which graphics card I should get out of the 2 (or 3) listed above. I do not want any other recommendations. The ASUS GTX 1080 ROG STRIX has a higher clock than both, the classified and FTW. The only downside is that ASUS's customer service is HORRIBLE (from what I've heard). Also, EVGA is known for their really good customer service. So yeah, please help me decide and thank you.
