Question EVGA GTX 1660 Ti is not waking my 2nd monitor

I have a GTX 1660 TI that is hooked up to Dual ASUS monitors.

The EVGA card (linked above) has 3 outputs

• DVI,
• Displayport
• and HDMI

My Dual ASUS monitors each have an HDMI 1 and an HDMI 2 port.

• My primary PC has the video cables hooked up to HDMI 1
• while my laptop has its cables going to the HDMI 2 ports.

On my Primary PC I currently have an HDMI cable going to monitor 1 and a Displayport to HDMI cable going to monitor 2 (no adaptor).

When I power on my primary pc monitor 1 always wakes. The 2nd monitor never does.

yet if I power off the 2nd monitor and power it back on it works.

So far I have tried:

• Swapping cables on the monitor
• swapping them from the HDMI1 port on the monitor to the HDMI2 port on the monitor
• removed DVI to HDMI cable and just used a regular HDMI cable

Is anyone else having this problem?

And idea what I could try next?
