So i managed to get EVGA 660 ti, and placed it in my PC.
It started and worked fine, but im concerned that my PSU may cause VGA to fail.
Anyone have any observations on such a combo FSP Bluestorm ii + 660 ti ?
Whole system is:
MB: Asus P5QL Pro
CPU: Core2Duo E4500 : 2Ghz NO OC
Video: EVGA Gtx 660 ti
HDD 360GB(cant remember now)
Soundcard: Creative Blaster it was ? 24bit ?!?! 😛
Havent used the PC alot with the new Video, because i kinda worry that it may fail it.
Ex Video was Asus EN GTS 250 DK TOP
Yet there is difference, old one was only 1 pcie-6pin this one is with two.

Plugged CD-rom off, to lower power consumption, got 1 Card reader on my case attached that should be around 10W i guess wont make big difference if i remove it.

P.S. Yeah i know CPU bottlenecks video, but that's how it is for now, my main question is about PSU.

Yeah that should be fine to power your system 500watts is enough the 12v rails are also strong enough, nvidia recommends at least 450watts for that gpu. Its not the best power supply in the world but not bad either I would have no issue using that psu to power that pc.
