Hello. I wouldn't buy neither. One possible good solution is MSI GeForce GTX 770 Twin Frozr IV Gaming 2GB GDDR5 for £19 more than the GTX680 at £329.

but honestly how much different is the 770 to the 670 ftw in terms of gaming benchmarks, ( i decided against the 680) , the only thing pushing me to get that is that my motherboard is the msi gd 65 gaming 😛

It should be around 10-15% depended on which game you choose. But its not only the performance. The MSI's TF4 is much quiter, and cooler also.

edit: The MSI's TF version of 670 from novatech already costs £299... So I believe the MSI GTX770 TF4 at £30 more is an excellent choice.

thanks alot ill consider them both , the only problem is, is that novatech are awaiting stock and who knows how long thatll be, i built my pc yday and itching to get things up and running (cant because amd card was doa)
