EVGA Gtx 750 ti FTW / Gtx 960

Hi guys, i'll be upgrading my GPU in this summer, and i was thinking about these two Gpu's.
My actual setup is
i5-4440 3.1 GHz, Asus B85M-G, 1 TB 7200 rpm HDD 4x2 DDR3 Kingston HyperX, Nvidia GT 730 and a 450 W PSU
Two questions:
1. Will i need to change my PSU if i choose the 960? (I know if i choose the 750 ti my wattage is enough for that GPU)
2. Which one goes better with my setup, the one who has better performance for my pc.

The GTX 960 will definitely have the better performance. It runs fairly efficiently and can be powered by a quality 450w unit, what model do you have?

My PSU was included with my computer case, which is a CM k350, it says thermal master, i think its manufactured by CM, not very sure..

CM doesn't manufacturer PSUs, they just put their label on them. How many amps are on the 12v rail? Is it 80 plus rated?

26 amps. That's hardly a 350w power supply. I would not put a GTX 960 on that.

I just sold my GTX 750ti SC for $85. It's two months old.
Shop around.

I replaced it with a GTX 960 btw 😉

I get it, so a CX600 would be right for both 750 ti and 960?
What about an EVGA PSU?

Just FYI...The buyer flaked on me and I still have a GTX 750ti SC for sale.lol...$95 on Fleabay right now.
Somebody delete this if I'm not allowed to say that.
