Question Evga gtx 770 sc 2gb not working ?

When I try to install drivers the screen goes black, the fans go to max speed but the pc doesn't turn off. It's just a black screen though I can still hear sound from it.

How do I fix this ?

I recently bought it. The psu is an ares game agk750.

The motherboard is a rog strix b-450-f gaming 2

The cpu is a ryzen 5 4600g

And it has 32 Gb's of ram running at 3200mhz
