EVGA GTX 770 SC Crashing on all games randomly.

My graphic card is crashing on almost every game randomly. System specs are below.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i7 6700k
Cooler: Corsair H60
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus Formula VIII Z170
RAM: Gskill Trident Z 16 GB 3400 Mhz
Graphics: EVGA GTX 770 SC 4 GB
Power Supply: Corsair AX850


Temperatures seems fine. I can share the system temperature details.

I am so confused and not been able to find any solution. Kindly help.

1| By crash do you mean crashing to desktop?
2| Is the system brand new/self built or were some parts carried over from an old system?
3| Have you made sure your graphics drivers are up to date? You may want to uninstall your drivers using DDU and reinstalling with the latest drivers(or former if the latest drivers are creating instability issues) .
4| Mind sharing what games are suffering?

Answer of all your questions.
1| Yes
2| Self built. Mobo, CPU, Ram and CPU Cooler are new.
3| Yes, I already uninstall drivers with DDU and reinstall latest drivers.
4| I played Fifa 15, Fifa 17, Rise of Tomb Raider and COD Black Ops III. All are crashing after some time of game running.

I can't be able to find out what actually causing the problem. Currently running all the games on TV through HDMI cable.
