Well it may not be the new Graphics card, it may be a compatibility issue.
First, the issue; when playing well... anything, I keep getting small frame lag issues. It'll halt for about a second, frames dropping to 0, then suddenly go back to normal.
Second; my rig;
ASUS Sabertooth Z77 (I've heard there are compatibility issues with the new 780 and this mobo)
GTX 780 Superclocked
8Gbx2 1600 Mhz RAM
1000 Watt Seasonic PSU (Yeah I know it's overkill)
i7 Ivy Bridge @ 3.4 GHz
So I know it's getting enough power, it's screwed in tightly, I tried taking it out, cleaning the PCI port and re-seating it. Is it just the BIOS? If it is, I looked at ASUS's download site and none of the descriptions mentioned anything about PCI ports or nVidia drivers.
Thoughts?
