Evga gtx 970 sc acx 2.0 vs gigabyte gtx 970 twin turbo oc

What is the difference between these two cards the acx 2.0 is 324.99 and the twin turbo oc is 304.99

Not much of a difference. Might be a clock speed difference but you can always tune up the cheaper card and put that $20 toward a better heatsink, more ram, bigger SSD, or whatever might be lacking in your build.
