I have 2 EVGA GTX 970's one being a SSC with no issue and the other being a SC with the issue.
I was given these cards from a friend that used these in SLI and had no issue. I am interested in using them in SLI but don't have the PSU to support them both, so while i wait i decided to just use the 970 SSC. The other day i decided to throw the 970 SC video card in to see how it performed solo and ran into many issues with it. The GPU was installed new drivers and all so i went on a game to test it and the performance was atrocious, i was getting 6-20 frames on game i normally would be getting 140fps and even windows was lagging from it. I have no clue what the issue could be as i've updated my BIOS/Chipset drivers and did a fresh reinstall of NVIDIA drivers. Any help is appreciated.
