It's only $20 difference and I can't seem to find difference between them.

Only difference I see is 14 + 3 phase, 8 + 2 phase.

What does the power phase do? How does it affect?

Which one should I choose?

If you look at the pics of both cards, you'll notice that the...

The 14+3 is going to be a better card if you are doing extreme overclocking. Basically, it delivers a more stable voltage to the GPU which results in more stable overclocks. Running mild overclocks, you probably won't notice a difference. But, if you have the money for a 980ti, you might as well spend the extra $20 and get the better card even if you are not OC'ing.

Thanks for the reply.

So there's no difference except the power phase, am I right?

If you look at the pics of both cards, you'll notice that the Classified model (the 14+3 one) has two 8-pin PCI power connectors while the FTW one has a 6-pin and an 8-pin. Those 2 extra pins are also directly related to the power delivery and their only use is for higher overclocking. If you want to save even more money and you have no plans for overclocking more than a few hundred megahertz, I'd suggest just getting the regular ACX card. It is $20 less than the FTW, has the same exact cooler but the only real difference is it is clocked 100 MHz lower out of the box. That 100 MHz can easily be overclocked for free after you install it using Afterburner or the EVGA software it comes with. Even if you run it stock, you aren't going to see much of a difference in actual game play. 100 MHz is almost nothing these days.
