EVGA GTX 980 Ti FTW vs SC+

The ftw edition has a base and boost clock as well as being $20 less than the SC+. Why is the ftw cheaper? I dont mind spending extra on the SC+ if its better, but if its not then whyb would anyone buy the sc+.

They are the same gpu, just have different coolers/factory OC. I wouldn't waste money on a factory OC, just go with the cheaper one.

Well if you aren't bothered about OC, just go with the normal gtx 750ti from EVGA. It's cheaper than the others but if its an option go for the sc unless you are good at OC'ing. If you have a factory oc you don't have to do it yourself, so don't have to worry about damaging it.

@Tyler_Rain, I don't know why the FTW is cheaper, but I suggest you buy it ASAP while it is. Perhaps EVGA is bringing out another edition to replace that model with, but I somehow doubt it. If the price goes up after you buy it, I believe that EVGA will give you the difference (if you request it) within 2 weeks. I've done this several times and have never had a problem. Just make sure that you have an appropriate power supply to pair it with.
