EVGA GTX 980 Ti + Nvidia GTX 980 Ti factory bought SLI with EVGA 80+ Gold 850w PSU

There was a huge fluke in my order and i am recieving a EVGA GTX 980 Ti and a factory 980 Ti from nvidia, i have the option of returning the nvidia factory card but i am curious to know if i can SLI them together w/o any problems with a EVGA 850w PSU, my build is as follows w/o SLI

It screams at any game I throw at it.........I am a Motion Design student at Ringling College and I do alot of 3D design work in C4D as well. I need to upgrade to 32GB RAM for this though. I can still run C4D with ease and render just fine but i need more RAM, especially for After Effects. Gaming wise im golden tho. VR Ready by a long shot.
