EVGA GTX1060 6GB Fan not working?

So I got a brand new GTX1060 and installed it. The fan does not spin up, even when opening and playing games. I checked EVGA Precision XOC and the curve is 40% up to 30C and goes up from there however it displays 0 rpms on the XOC and when changing the rpm it snaps back to 0 rpms again.

What's the highest temperature you've seen it reach? My 1060 was factory-set to have fans off until it hits 50C

Probably around 55-65C. it sits at almost 40 when idle without the fan.

Fans starts spinning after 60 degrees, when set to automatic. This is how It's supposed to work. If it doesn't start spinning after 60 degrees, then you've got an issue with your automatic profile.

I have changed it so it is set to spin before 60C. on XOC.

Is there anywhere I can change the automatic profile?

I did a stress test and It went up to 67c and yet no fan turning on at all.
