Here is an image of the new EVGA dual-GPU card revealed at CES. It looks like Nvidia / EVGA are ready to strike at the ATI 6990 when released.

I like the 3 DVI ports for triple screen gaming on a single Nvidia card. Finally, an alternative to Eyefinity. Match that up with 3D Vision and a nice PhysX game, and you will have the Nvidia tour de force.

There were contradicting reports in the initial report I read. First they said they heard it was two GF104 chips, then they said it was based on the GTX560 (GF114). That article is saying GF110, which is feasible, at least in terms of temperatures. The current 570/580's in SLI only gain 3-4c in temperatures over a single card. Add on a beefy three fan design and dual 8 pin adapters, and that all looks good to me.

Good point matto,
But I still think it will be underclocked 570's in that card because frankly, nVidia is a bit paranoid about dual- GPU's
