evo 860 in raid 0 not much speed increase

Hello, I have 2 samsung evo 860's 500gb and the speed only slighty increases when in raid 0 from my 1tb evo 860. My friend has evo 850's and it is basically doubled in speed. Is something lacking from my drives? or did i get a bad one? You can see on the right is my 2 500's in raid 0 and the left is my 1tb. Any answers or explanations are welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Not sure how your friend has double speed as it is not recommended to run RAID 0 with SSD as they typically offer little if any speed increase and can even slow performance.

Did your friend use Crystal Disk Mark as well? Perhaps the program is reading the read/write speeds of the individual drives or something?

Yes he is using crystal disc mark as well with 2 850 500gb and he is hitting 1000 read and write which is almost doubled.
